The ICC on Wednesday announced umpire and match referee appointments for the warm-up and group stage matches for the World Cup, which will be staged from February 19 to April 2 in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka. Steve Davis and Kumar Dharmasena will stand in the tournament opener, between Bangladesh and India, in Mirpur on Saturday, February 19.
